Had a large sewar backup into basement last night. Was recommended to call them by our plumber as they were not set up for valve cleaning. Claim to be open 24/7. 24hrs later, have not had a reply to 2 calls, a voicemail, text, and website form. Really disappointing

I've had a few experiences with plugged drains over the years and most recently, Gritworx was recommended for an issue with the kitchen sink in my basement. Tom was a pleasure to deal with and now has the drain working better than I've ever seen it. Very reasonably priced as well. If you have a clogged drain and don't consider Tom, you're making a big mistake!
