So GRITT actually put a gym in my team's training complex, so none of the workers actually stay there but you can schedule them to come. Super nice equipment and it definitely shows on our players.
There is not enough good to say. I have been working with Daylen for several months and seeing results! He is a person that you tell him what you want, and he will make sure you get there. Also, accountability is like no other. They will ensure you are making progress and keep you to your word. I look forward to going every week. I highly recommend if you want to change your life.
