It Is absolutely INSANE at how hard it is to get through to schedule a ride. Today was the third day that I have tried to get through and schedule a ride for my son‘s appointment on a Friday. Today is Tuesday. I unfortunately am the only person caring for my critical needs son. And cannot afford to spend all day long sitting on hold. I just timed out after an hour and 21 minutes of sitting on hold. Where I started as number 25. Was aproved had some rides the second time they not even bother show up. Then one day my life put in harm now all sudden i dont qualify but did before my life got put in harms way though right. Doesn’t seem ligal does it

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is so this will get reviewed.. driver for unit number 263- 4:40 p.m. Henderson Kentucky, that driver almost caused an accident.. this company has been advised.

VERY disappointing for a transportation service for the disabled. They call to cancel every single appointment. They call to cancel less than 24 hrs before a very important Dr visit for a family member of mine. Someone who is paraplegic, wheelchair bound and has NO other way of getting to important Dr appointments. They should be ashamed. Very very very very terrible customer service and very poor care .
