I have used Grits Transportation for several years. They used to be really good. Somehow; they have been going downhill. Their driver's always quit on them. Also; their driver's turnover rate has plummeted. They used to get me to my doctor's appointment on time. They're always late picking me up. This causes a lot of confusion with me and my doctor's. This medical transportation company needs to clean up their act. Clients doesn't likes to be late for their doctor's appointments.
my name is Jeremy Morris and I've been a customer of grits services for years, excellent service mind you,, but i do have a MAJOR ISSUE with part of their services,, when you call and need a ride, the wait time is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, now IDK how they run their services in the office but for someone to be on hold for that long is INSANE, IDK if you guys need to hire more people, younger people, or get more phone lines or what ,i need a job and i have stage 3 COPD and can't get disability, answering a phone would be right u... read more
The drivers are great. The customer service is an absolute nightmare. Rude, talks down to you. Can't be bothered to help with referrals. It was different 20 years ago, but late stage capitalism has destroyed everything.
