my name is Jeremy Morris and I've been a customer of grits services for years, excellent service mind you,, but i do have a MAJOR ISSUE with part of their services,, when you call and need a ride, the wait time is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, now IDK how they run their services in the office but for someone to be on hold for that long is INSANE, IDK if you guys need to hire more people, younger people, or get more phone lines or what ,i need a job and i have stage 3 COPD and can't get disability, answering a phone would be right u... read more
The drivers are great. The customer service is an absolute nightmare. Rude, talks down to you. Can't be bothered to help with referrals. It was different 20 years ago, but late stage capitalism has destroyed everything.
Nice friendly drivers
Impossible to get through on phone lines. Spent 2 hours on hold just to finally get told by automated message that they were now closed! Anything related to calling the office is horrible. On a good note, the drivers are AMAZING!
Incredibly disappointing and disturbing to hear of one of the drivers being arrested for sexually assaulting a severely disabled woman he was transporting. I used to think really highly of the service until riding on it. I had unfortunately found myself that the drivers seem to have very little supervision and right around the same time I made a report myself, I opened up social media to see this arrest. Completely disgusting
