A group fitness studio based on Balance, Strength and mind-body connection. We offer indoor cycling sessions (also known as spin class) that are great for beginners to avid outdoor riders. We offer Mat Pilates, suspension training session’s (TRX) , balance ball training sessions and HIIT style training sessions as well as Personal Training. Classes are limited capacity so that you get direct, safe and personalized training. We are passionate about training and keeping everyone injury free.

From my first class, I immediately felt like I was part of the GritFit community. Coach Shannon is a great motivator and also a great person. She caters the workout to meet everyone's needs, whether new to spin (and other workout classes) or a seasoned veteran. This is the fitness studio to go to in Asheville.
Shannon is an incredible trainer and the studio is the perfect size to have the motivation of a group class but not too big that you get left behind if you’re struggling. It’s very accommodating for beginners or people that are just getting back into fitness, or people that are ready to push themselves to the limit. I would highly recommend signing up for a class!

Honestly the best experience I have had at a gym. Shannon is an incredible personal trainer, focused on sustainable and functional training . She teaches you to listen to your body and to know when and how to push and when to rest. Her training is supported with nutrition and recovery information .
