Love this gym! Member for 4 + years. Participate in Kinstretch and Grit Fit Strong. Great coaches welcoming environment, small classes, great people. Everyone is welcome! Kinstretch has been my “go to” class. It helps me in my fitness/flexibility to play golf and in lap swimming. Come try us out- you won’t be disappointed!
I highly recommend this gym! It’s a welcoming gym that offers small group fitness classes led by knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging instructors. It’s a place where bodies of all shapes and sizes and ages and abilities can move and learn and get stronger and gain confidence 😊 I attend the GRITfit Strong classes that focus on total body strength training, and as someone relatively new to strength training, the small class sizes make it easy to ask for help and suggestions from the instructors, so I’m learning so much ... read more
