Today was my first day at Grit 60 Fitness, under the instruction of the instructor Libia. I loved it, although I was very tired due to my limited daily activity. However, Livia was very patient and assisted me at each station. I highly recommend Grit 60, and I encourage you to take advantage of the free first session to help you decide on a change toward a healthy lifestyle. Thank you, Libia.

GRIT 60 Parkland is top level workout.! The owner is wonderful. The trainers and staff are extremely experienced, knowledgeable and always willing to help and support. The facility is well equipped and sanitized clean always. All members are inviting and friendly. GRIT 60 is a family . I lover working out there . I’m motivated to get up and get there daily. An amazing positive experience every workout!
