Really happy with our experience with Grit & Timber. Max and Jolynn were great to work with, easy to communicate with, and gave us a lot of flexibility to customize our home. The finished result turned out beautiful.
Grit & Timber did an outstanding job on our home. It’s been over 3 years, and there hasn’t been a single crack in the drywall or anywhere else. Highly recommend and trust them!
Better than others but not by much. The homes look better than Hayden or DR Horton, slightly better build materials but all of that is overshadowed by the poor craftsmanship and reluctancy to fix. Purchased a home 3 years ago now and within the first year noticed damaged appliances, lvp floor cracked due too eneven subfloor, doors are not installed very well. Grit and Timber is unreliable, sloppy, they lie and give lip-service to get a build. They cannot be trusted to get a job done on time or stick to a contract. We have built 2 houses prior to this one and have never worked with a builder that is this incompetent and negligent. I would never recommend this builder to anyone.
