Grit & Timber did an outstanding job on our home. It’s been over 3 years, and there hasn’t been a single crack in the drywall or anywhere else. Highly recommend and trust them!
Better than others but not by much. The homes look better than Hayden or DR Horton, slightly better build materials but all of that is overshadowed by the poor craftsmanship and reluctancy to fix. Purchased a home 3 years ago now and within the first year noticed damaged appliances, lvp floor cracked due too eneven subfloor, doors are not installed very well. Grit and Timber is unreliable, sloppy, they lie and give lip-service to get a build. They cannot be trusted to get a job done on time or stick to a contract. We have built 2 houses prior to this one and have never worked with a builder that is this incompetent and negligent. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. G&T was made aware on at least two separate occasions that their hired subcontractor did substantial damage to my property during a delivery that will cost thousands to repair. Of course we have not been contacted at all regarding the matter.. **Update** - In case others were misled that this issue was resolved by the response below, we have still not heard anything and the curb remains destroyed.
