Over the years I have been to many gyms, trained in small groups and one on one. I can honestly say there is no place I have ever been to that is like GRIT. It’s not only a welcoming and encouraging environment from the trainers but every single member. It is inclusive of all ages and fitness levels. I am absolutely loving GRIT. I have been a member of other HIIT style gyms in the area and GRIT offers GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. Not only do you have access to 30+ classes a week, you get access to RAW Fitness and can train outside of class times or tack on a cheeky sesh before or after your GRIT class. The classes are kept small (max 16 per class) and the Trainer/Participant ratio is much higher then other gyms I have been at (GRIT: 2 trainers per 16 participants vs OTHERS: 2 trainers per 40 participants at other gyms).
