I’ve had a very positive experience with Nitin at GRIT Physio & Podiatry. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, and took the time to understand my injury as well as where I was at with my training. I really appreciated that he tailored the exercises and stretches he prescribed around my goal of continuing to train and build strength while managing my injury. He also explained everything clearly and has been very professional and supportive throughout. I would highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Div and Nitin for some foot and back issues and have been very impressed with their care and approach. Both lovely people, they seem to really care about their patients and are very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this clinic and have had a positive experience.

I highly recommend Grit Physio & podiatry. Div in particular, is fantastic at what he does. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He was great at outlining and monitoring the rehab for my Achilles tendinopathy in a timely manner to allow me to complete my marathon. Thanks heaps Div.

A kind, knowledgable, and passionate team. I always feel listened to and confident in the approach, and the physical and mental progress I have had since coming to see Nitin speaks for itself. No matter who you see, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new physio team - they are the best!
