GRIT MMA is by far the best martial arts gym around. I was relatively new to martial arts before signing up here, and a little bit intimidated. Coach Carson and his wife Haili were both very welcoming, along with the rest of the Grit team. I had previously been going to another gym that was larger, but I didn't receive half of the experience I've gotten from Carson. This place is AMAZING!! I signed up my young son, unsure of what to expect... however after one class with Coach Carson, my little guy was HOOKED. Coach Carson is patient, kind, firm, and VERY knowledgeable- exactly what my son needed. I saw immediate respect displayed by my son because he respects Coach Carson so much- he also incorporates fun in between skills to keep the kids engaged (and tired by the end)! We are thrilled we found this place. I cannot say enough good things about how this gym is run!
