I had such a great time! Kelly was amazing and very sweet and encouraging. It was my first time and I felt out of place and so nervous but she made sure I understood what was happening and why and what muscles were going to be used. She also was able to explain things to me differently if I didn’t get it the first time around. I felt comfortable and incredibly welcome! Will be back :)
Wow what a killer class. I was not sure what to expect, as it was my first class, but it was great. The relaxation at the end is perfect and a good way to get grounded. I would definitely love to come back!
The class, the music, and the instructor—was wonderful! Plus, the studio was so clean and beautiful
Grit + Gratitude offers a really unique workout. I had never been there before and booked a Pilates class. Tawnya greeted me and asked me about my Pilates experience before the class started. She explained that the studio was a bit different and showed me around. They use vibration machines, weights and the reformer for a more athletic workout than a typical Pilates class.
