Been members for over a year and so happy with the experience! Love that the gym is 24/7 access and parking is included in your membership!
I had a great experience. I did the cryotherapy and I feel the difference in the body. They also have lots of other great options for taking care of your body!
Great place. trainers are nice and welcoming. Meredith at the front desk is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. There is definitely an older crowd. But I personally don’t come to the gym to make friends.
Try the cryo and stay for the infrared sauna!
Great experience - we did the infrared sauna and the cryotherapy! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Services exceeded expectations. We will book again!
