Initial Impressions: Overall Place: 4/5; little congested but fine. Cleanliness: 5/5; Top Notch. Locker Room & Restrooms: 3/5; small but understandable given that its a small gym. Love the yoga classes, especially the Flow and Vinyasa classes, always with plenty of room! Facility is clean, staff friendly and helpful and just the right amount equipment and weights. Love it’s close to home too. Pricing was just right for me too and love that I can attend any of the classes as part of membership. Well worth it.
Been members for over a year and so happy with the experience! Love that the gym is 24/7 access and parking is included in your membership!
I had a great experience. I did the cryotherapy and I feel the difference in the body. They also have lots of other great options for taking care of your body!
Great place. trainers are nice and welcoming. Meredith at the front desk is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. There is definitely an older crowd. But I personally don’t come to the gym to make friends.
