I have never considered myself a 'kickboxing type' but this is so much more than that. I love this workout & have truly never felt stronger in my life! Definitely give it a try!
Amazing amazing workout! I was nervous at first because, let's be honest, your first class is always iffy. But after a brief introduction and going over the rules and everything, I was ready! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the studio manager and given all of my equipment that I would need. I liked that for the newbies, before the class starts they take you into a smaller room and go over all the moves and names they will be calling out during the class and let you try out the moves. This is the best workout in town! The music is great, the atmosphere is fun and energetic and the coaching staff is great! Give yourself a gift and book yourself a class- the first one is free. You will love it!!!
