They cheat on their employees when it come to paying them. They fabricate stories on their home health sitters, using the name of their clients. This way they will have reasons for not paying them. It is not recommendable to work with such company.

The are a recruiting firm that sends girls from Ghana with no working papers, no knowledge of the English language & who don't pay taxes to your home without a background check being performed. These girls are not employees of Griswolds, they are now YOUR employees. Griswold doesnt have liability insurance on these girls or pay workmans comp.
