Office is responsive with overall positive experience with all aides.
I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Griswold and their care givers. Everything from the inquiry phone call to the in home evaluation and especially the care was professional, timely and compassionate. We were fortunate that Kristy answered our request for help. She was reliable, very caring and a huge help not only to my parents but to me. I would certainly recommend both Griswold and Kristy for in home caregiving needs.
With my current caregiver, my experience has been the best regarding all that I have had. She knows the routine and gets right to work. Her shower techniques are great!!

What a godsend! My father broke his leg and needed home care givers to help him while on the mend. Griswold was there to help us through the process. From Debbie who was our first contact when trying to figure out what we needed to all the wonderful care givers that showed up to help my father, everyone has been spectacular.
