Was in traffic with these 2 trucks during rush hour on 12/27/24. One tried to cut off my husband. When they finally got behind us they had their brights on for a long time. They let a second truck in behind us who did the same with their brights. When they passed us, BOTH drivers flipped us off, photos attached but can provide video upon request. I placed an order for a garage door and change the color when Griswold came out to make the measurements before they place the order. Somehow the color never got updated and they didn't take responsibility. Now the homeowner has the wrong color garage door Last they chipped the paint at the time of removal
I am getting new garage doors through Home Depot and Griswold is the contracted installer. My garage doors can not actually be ordered until Griswold comes out to measure. It has been over two weeks from our paid order and we can't even get measured (for 2 standard sized doors.) They did not show one day after I took the afternoon off work and now I am waiting again and missing work and they are over 2 hours late when they said I would be first thing for the day. Poor customer service and communication. They recommended a repair they said was needed to get our newly installed garage door to close flush but after the repair failed to achieve this outcome they went to radio silence despite leaving several messages. They are much more motivated to get their payment than they are to do the job correctly. Also part of finding trim was installed too close to the door and now buckles when closed.
