12/10 experience. The crew at Griswold Automotive were beyond amazing. Had a spontaneous tire incident with my 2017 Mini Cooper and happened to be near their shop. They were honest, extremely helpful and removed a 4” metal Allen wrench from my tire. Love how the snow plows must have churned it up into the street! They plugged it and tested the tire on the spot saving me the cost to fully replace. I’ve never received such great service and they’ve earned my business moving forward. Brought my car in to have the brakes checked. They found no issues and let me know who’s much life I have left in front and back. Paid a small labor fee—totally fair. An honest repair shop. I’ll be back again as needed.
