I and many of my family members and friends did business with Greg Griswold for many years and he was ALWAYS kind, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. Because of Greg's good name, we went back and bought 4 "high rated" tires and got a tuneup and an oil change. There was no sticker for the oil change, so we went back to see if it was done. We had been very long time customers of Greg & wanted to give new owner a fair shake, as they promised to run the shop as honestly as Greg. All was great for basic maintenance on all of our cars until my daughter took her car in repeatedly inquiring about the rotors because of vibration while braking and being told brake pads are fine. About a month ago when she back again inquiring about the vibration, they replaced a ball joint on a tire, after the owner was quite condescending towards her explaining the repair. I dropped the car off at 5 a.m. with my keys in their drop box, filled out the envelope, and was done in one minute. They had my car done that morning, too. I could not believe it. That was the best and fastest repair I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Griswold’s Auto, and this is from a guy who has done his own repairs in the past. Griswold’s Rock!!!!
