I do not know how this place stays in business, unless it is the fact that their prices are twice as high as everywhere else. But they are losing more than 2x the customers, it's often empty. As other folks have said, if you go to the bodega/deli a half a block away across Pineapple walk, you will find fresher food for much more reasonable prices -- bring your business to the deli instead! The only thing that the deli doesn't have is a meat section, but I've bought meat at Gristedes that had turned bad and I had to take back... read more
