I’d give 10 stars if I could! We stopped while passing through on a road trip for proper nourishment. The atmosphere is beautiful, staff is bubbly and kind, food was absolutely phenomenal. Photo is of their raviolini caprese (this is half a plate shared) we shared a salad and tiramisu and every bite was divine, fresh, and obviously crafted with love. We left feeling nourished and inspired! Excellent place for a fancy feeling gathering and there was also no discrimination for our road trip attire😅
This place is a top notch! Friendly staff, great service, extremely delicious pasta! We’re in Dayton for a week and visited Grist twice! Taking some pasta for home as well. An absolute must-see place in Dayton!
I had the tagliatelle bolognese and a glass of wine and a cookie for dessert. I enjoyed everything but feel compelled to point out that the “tagliatelle” served to me were actually fettuccine. And the kitchen (or perhaps server?) grated fresh black pepper over the dish which is really a wrong-headed thing to do to a pasta dish based on ragu alla Bolognese.
