Honest folks that do great work!
Had my car towed to Grissoms due to a crank-no start issue. They were booked out a week which we were made aware of, however, they were able to let me know by the next day that they could not fix the issue and gave me a number to a place that could. They did not charge me for anything as they could not fix the car. All the employees were so incredibly nice. Would for sure take my car back in the future.
Highly recommend Grissom’s Auto Care! Allen went above and beyond to help me out and was even able to get my quote lower than another place I checked. You can really tell they care about their customers. I also love the family owned vibe friendly atmosphere, welcoming faces, and even dogs around which made it feel comfortable and personal. Great service, honest pricing, and just genuinely good people. I’ll definitely be back!
I was having the hardest time trying to track a brake issue on my wife's equinox. These guys were able to figure it out and get it done at a reasonable price. I will be back in the future. Thanks yall!
