I have brought so many vehicles here. My Toyota Camry, GMC terrain, Toyota tundra, Ford F150, jaguar F type, and I just bought a Lincoln aviator that I will also bring here. Jake always takes great care of us and his crew are always respectful of our vehicles. This place has really raised the bar of how a repair shop should operate.
Kind, honest, fast, fair. The dealer said the tire couldn’t be fixed and that all 4 tires needed to be replaced $3200+. Ditto from Costco but $1200+ and we would’ve done it, except it was going to take a week and we needed asap. Grismer fixed the tire, said the tires still had plenty of life left, even though I hesitated because of the other two, they reassured me. $52. Great service. The guys are very nice and they were able to help me in a very timely manner.
Everybody there took care of business and did a great job. That's often hard to find these days and I appreciate it.
