Took my car to the Mason location after my family has had very positive experiences at the Grismer locations in the Dayton area. Eddie and the team were helpful in offering options for the optimal tires for my vehicle. During the service they noted my front brakes only had around 2mm of wear left, so I was able to get my brakes done during the same visit saving me an extra trip. Grismer was able to repair my Explorer that Firestone could not. Grismer repaired without cost if some fault appeared after service. Now I trust my BMW x3 to them. I have been very happy with the service
