I'd give it 0 if I had the option. My husband Took my vehicle In for a radiator flush at the location on Wilson road, had to have it towed the same night because THEY NEVER FLUSHED IT! Had to turn around and pay for it to actually be flushed at another shop. They said "There is no way they touched anything in that radiator, because it looked like peanut butter, there is no way it can get like that in a few hours". Refused refund. Do not go here.

Great for busy parents! Fast work! Excellent cust. serv! – OUTSTANDING customer service! Had the work done fast. Acknowledge my young son, my busy parent schedule & kept my son entertained. Fair price. I've shopped around. This is THEE place to go! I needed to replace all 4 tires, bolts, and wheel studs. All this I knew previously to going to Grismer. Not finishing the job....... – I went in to get an oil change and while there they asked if I would like to have my tires rotated. Of course I let them do it but now I wish they did not. Three days after I had the oil change and tires rotated my SUV started making a strange noise. I thought it was my brakes so I decided to inspect them and upon doing so I discovered that the drivers side rear wheel had a lug nut stud broke off and the other 4 lugs were bearly hand tight. Terrible experience – I spent a miserable 4 hours at this place when I went in thinking I could get a quick minor repair. I just wanted to get a wheel balanced. Waiting, waiting, waiting... then upsold on a serpentine belt that I suspect was fine when I went in there, then upsold on brake service that I am not sure was really needed. And after all that, when I drove away my wheel still wasn't balanced properly. This was an experience typical of so many bad car service stories.
