The shop took excellent care of me throughout my car situation. Marcus, noticing I was a stranger in a stranger place, went above and beyond during my unplanned stay in Dayton.
I have used Grismer in the past for tires and oil changes and was very satisfied. Today I went back for a damaged tire and a rear brake problem. They went above and beyond in handling the problems. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.
Service is consistent and professional and this is why I choose them, I bought a used car in 2016 it had 60k miles, I’m now at 220k and they’ve performed all services unless I was out of town.
