I needed a small tire for my zero turn mower. Dropped the tire off with about 7 folks in the lobby and was called to pick it up within 20 min. Service was so good I'm bringing another mower tire in today!
Let me preface this new review by stating previously I had believed I received stellar service from Grismer. I felt they were always fair and, with a 13 year old vehicle, their suggestions at upkeep were fair and reasonable. However, my last two visits had the same issue, despite having paid a large sum for services rendered. On both occasions, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Always the best!!!
Pat up front always does a great job. Matter of fact and friendly. Had two tire pressure sensors replaced, took my car in within 15 minutes and was done in an hour. That’s great service.
