I had a flat and thought I needed a new tire. I also asked for an alignment. My appointment time was 1:30. At 2:45 I asked the guy at the desk when my truck would be ready. He confessed that "nobody tells me nothin'" so he went into the shop to find out. Moments later he came back and said they were just finishing up. A minute later he called my name, I paid, and he gave me my keys. Apparently they repaired the tire for $50, which was awesome! I looked at the paperwork and it just said "repaired". I called to make my appointment and wanted specific tires. They didn't second guess or upsell me, even holding the tires when another store wanted them. On the day of my appointment I realized I needed an oil change and they gladly fit that in too. They were super friendly and very helpful, finding me all the savings and discounts available. I walked out the door with 4 tires and an oil change for less than the original quoted tire price. AND I have 4 more free oil changes. Would definitely recommend!
