Proceed with caution at Springfield location. Over the last 2 years a small trickle has snowballed into huge issues. It started with shocks and struts for my truck. Within days of having the job done, I noticed greasespray in my front wheel well, the guys up front were always awesome and said bring it on in and we’ll look at it, so I did and I was told that the person who changed the struts out had trouble getting the front bolts loose and used a torch to loosen it but in the process melted the boot to the front ball joint. ... read more
