RecommendedSo... my short answer is “yes”, I would recommend Grismer in Vandalia.” The long answer is that their technicians are just that, “technicians”. I had to coach them on diagnosing the problem after the adjustment to the alignment didn’t fully correct the problem. The staff was initially hesitant to re-look at my car when I brought it back within 10 minutes of picking it up. The initial response was as if it was my fault the alignment didn’t work. Because of technical online issues with our bank, we were experiencing great difficulty in transferring funds to make the payment. 'Travis' suggested the idea to apply for: Grismer's Financing.
