Won’t be back. They put my drivers side window back on track on 4/15. By 4/19 it was off again. Called them since I paid $180 for them to fix my window and they told be there was nothing they could do and wanted me to give them $450 for a new part. Will never give them my business again.
Recommendedhonesty and great service
$100 to tell my wife she has a bad spark plug. She could have taken it to Advance Auto and had that done for free. Then want to charge double what everyone else in the area wants to fix it. Will never take another car to Grismer and will let friends know.
Got a free oil change today because I purchased tires there a few years ago. When I got in my car to leave there was grease on the inside of my car. The tire that had a slow leak was repaired and they left the wheel a greasy mess. Why a mechanic would think this is acceptable is beyond me. I keep my car clean inside and out so I find this unacceptable. Today was not an isolated incident. Manager always has an attitude and some suggested repairs normally aren’t needed. I was new to this area and went to the Bellbrook Grismer on a friend’s recommendation. It is a rock solid dealership where I have gotten oil changes, bought tires, and had some minor preventative maintenance performed. Their prices are lower than many others. Their staff is professional, and I couldn’t say enough good about them. I never hesitate to tell others about their fine business.
After my father died last year, it was the first time in my life that I had to handle "car stuff." I didn't have a clue and got totally ripped off on a set of tires by a competitor down the street. I was due for an oil change and on a whim, I stopped at this Grismer on the way home from work. I think Dad was taking care of me because Carlos and the guys have really taken me under their wing and helped me take care of my car.
