I had a legitimate car safety issue and wasn't taken seriously and the men at the front desk were EXTREMELY condescending to me. I will NOT be coming back.
My son came in to get a tire patched. He was told that service is extinct so he bought a new tire. Grismer couldn't do it same day, so they kept his rim and said they would call today. By 1pm, no call. My son called them and apparently it was just sitting there ready. He went to get the tire that he bought and they didn't even offer to put the tire on his car. According to my son , they were all too busy watching the OSU game. Next time we need tires, you won't get our business.
Excellent - they were very helpful in explaining what I needed and why - it was good to be back!
