Was told control arm bushings was bad, at the same time he had his finger on the ball joint !!! Does he know the difference ? I did not let them touch my vehicle, had control arm checked by 2 others and then aligned, they found nothing wrong. Do not let this happen to you, do not trust them!

I'd give it 0 if I had the option. My husband Took my vehicle In for a radiator flush at the location on Wilson road, had to have it towed the same night because THEY NEVER FLUSHED IT! Had to turn around and pay for it to actually be flushed at another shop. They said "There is no way they touched anything in that radiator, because it looked like peanut butter, there is no way it can get like that in a few hours". Refused refund. Do not go here.

Broke my mirror and wouldn't fix it!! Called me a liar!! I used to love coming here, but after today I will never set foot in here again!! Come in early this morning right after they opened, was told I was the second person in line for the day. Was there for a couple tires, oil change, and had them check why the engine light was on. A little before 2 they call and say its done (took a long time for being the SECOND person in line but whatever) so I go to pick it up and my PASSENGER MIRROR IS GONE!!!!!!!! Well I do work for these people. And I hate to admit it but the gentleman in the last post hit it right on the head. Shady, shady,shady. The most shady thing is that most of the positive reviews on here are written by the employees that are trying to make them sound decent. Were told by the owners to do so. I work here and know most of these guys and still wouldn't take my car here...

I used to work for this company as a asst. Manager. I'm not a pissed off or irate employee. But I will tell you the ins and outs of this place. This company is split up and is actually owned by 2 different people. Both being shady. To start off with they threaten employees with sales. If you don't make them your gone. So as a employee you sell whatever just to keep your job even if they need it or not..they charge a ridiculous price on parts. They take the price on what they get it for and times it by 2.5. Bought new tires at Grismer (Fairborn) after they price matched Sam's. However, several problems occurred afterwards after I started visiting the Beavercreek location for service since it's closer to where I play golf at...i.e. pass it several times a week. Too many problems to list but I'll summarize: I don't believe they performed my front end alignment, don't believe they properly balanced my tires, and I believe they damaged my tire when they added it to a 5-tire rotation. I brought in two vehicles for work and being new to the area trusted Grismer. They insisted I needed to replace my manifold gasket on an 02 Malibu. Up to that point the vehicle had no issues.$ 1,500 later the car is inoperable. It's broken down several times since and Grismer will not stand by their work. I asked why the check engine light was on while getting the oil changed recently and they charged $100 to have a diagnostic. I didn't know until I was leaving that they were charging me.
