Was told control arm bushings was bad, at the same time he had his finger on the ball joint !!! Does he know the difference ? I did not let them touch my vehicle, had control arm checked by 2 others and then aligned, they found nothing wrong. Do not let this happen to you, do not trust them!
Had an emergency tire issue and was heading out of town for a family emergency. The crew at Grismer Fairborn got me in and took care of me and got me back on the road quick. Thank you guys and I will be a lifetime Grismer customer.
Very professional staff and the techs are great. Have been using the Grismer Tire here in Fairborn for years. I recommend this place for all your tire and auto repair needs.
Took 2006 Pathfinder for oil change, I also mentioned my Pathfinder was running hot. After an all day oil change. My bill was $145.00 for an oil change. I asked why my oil change was so expensive. He stated they charged me $95.00 to diagnosed, and to also tell me repair would be $2000.00. I have never been charged to get such wonderful news. Do not, do not even get an oil change there!!!!!!
Horrible place for customer service – Called and asked Rob how long it would be to get a tire plugged, he hung up on me. I guess they're way too busy to do a plug. The bad part is I regularly buy tires from the grismer in Springfield, I doubt I will any longer. To summarize, unless they know you purchase tires from them they will not do any repairs and treat you like trash.
