After hours services is th rudest I have come across thus far. I was hung up on twice without even the slightest chance to leave a message. I thought after hours service companies were paid to take messages and deliver them when they receive calls after business hours. SO RUDE!!!

Brought my truck in for an ABS light code, now it can’t be driven. After declining to have them replace a wheel bearing I started up my vehicle and discovered I now have a severe exhaust manifold leak with a very rough running engine. Service manager claims “that’s the way it came in”. Don’t know what they did to my truck. Don’t let it happen to your’s.

Crooks. Paid Miamisburg location by the Dayton Mall for services. It has been verified that the work they "Claimed" they had preformed was not. Corporate is not doing anything to address the issues. BBB has been contacted.

I would highly recommend no one to go to any Grismer tire. They do no do there job professional. I got 4 new tires put on and they did not do my alignment right. I took it to fire stone to have a 2nd Opinion and they re-check that the alignment and it was out so now I’m out two tires did you have them not doing my Alignment correctly. Very poor service And this was at Kettering location the Dayton mall location is just as bad.
