They are a great place to rent from. I have no problem with them fixing things. When we first moved in they put a new roof on the house then last year the maintance guy came and put a new floor in the kitchen and bathroom. He came out right away. I have no problems Sometimes we even pay 3 or 5 some times 6 months in advance. I recommend anyone to rent from them.
