I want everyone to know that I have nothing bad to say about the care received from the doctors at Grisham, My complaint is with the office manager. I am a diabetic and have had three retinal detachments and have a delicate eye condition because of past eye problems. Grisham has taken very good care of my eyes and told me up front that past treatment had been done well and they could not do anything to my sight to make it any better, but that they wanted to see me annually to see if I had any further problems. Was recommended to Dr Grisham by my optometrist. Went to all the scheduled appts. He didn't listen when my concerns were expressed. He didn't question me about my needs or wants or lifestyle. I have always been nearsighted. I am a voracious reader, I work on computers and homeschool so there is a lot of close work. Books have been my best friends since I was 5 yrs old and started reading.
