Very aggy employees. Only allowed to try on 3 dresses. All dresses can be found on Ladivine. Kicked my mother and I out because we took pictures of dresses we were thinking about buying… In all it’s a very weird way to work a dress store…

One of the nicest and kindest establishment I have been to in a while! I was scared at first due to the differing reviews; however, my personal experience was great when I went in. There are not any racist workers there, but there are some who do not speak English too well, yet they’re still happy to help. If you go on the weekends they are very packed because of prom and other events; however, the process moves very quickly. If I could give this place a zero I would. Me and my daughter drove over an hour because we seen TikTok’s about Grisel’s Bridal. Please save your time and do not come here!!! They are rude and had my daughter try on 3 dresses…all that she did not like and then after trying them all on decided to tell us she can only try on 3 per day and would have to come back another time. The did not tell us that before hand. Trust the other reviews on here!!! They are not worth it.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!!! RUDEST PEOPLE EVER AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Trust the rest of the reviews on here. They do not communicate their policies clearly and are not helpful especially during prom season! Many people who were there drove far to come to this place and so did I, we were all extremely disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
