just bought my sweet 16 dress from here. The dresses are BEAUTIFUL and the employees were all extremely helpful and kind. Will be returning for prom :))

They were helpful and a good experience at first. Once we got the dress home, the alterations were not done. When I called about it, they said she was supposed to try it on before we took the dress home. No one mentioned that at pickup. Nor would they give me any refund for it. All that money for a special day and they would not accommodate for their mistake.

I had an absolutely awful experience shopping at Grisel’s for my bridesmaids' dresses, and I wouldn’t wish it on any bride. What was supposed to be a joyful, exciting part of wedding planning quickly turned into a months-long nightmare.
