I own a grip ax5 bag that I love! Like a fool I managed to break the bottom foot on my bag entirely my fault, I reached out to grip to get replacement parts and their customer service was one the best that I have interacted with ever. The service rep Paulina was beyond helpful, communicated promptly and got me squared away with everything I needed no charge! I will be making sure I return to grip for my disc golf needs!
Absolutely the best bags in the industry. I hope to get the new G-Series soon.
