DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They don't bill correctly and will only give you an email for their billing department. The billing department does not respond. I was sent to collections for someone who shared my address, they merged her account with my childs. I am left holding her bill and no matter how much I have proven my case to the collection agency, Grinz refuses to show me proof or even respond.
