Amazing experience for a not so amazing reason, but hands down the staff made it great, & Dr. Cook too. Julia is the best dental tech, completely went above and beyond with getting me in for an urgent appointment. I'll be returning for other dental work because they have the most current technology & procedures.
My temporary crown had cracked and I called after hours and the number on the voicemail for emergency services was the actual Dentist. I spoke with him briefly about my condition and he had his staff call me immediately after we hung up. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning. I cannot Thank them enough for making me a priority I was in so much pain and they were able to make me a new temporary crown and set me up for my permanent crown in 3 weeks. I went in today with severe tooth pain, it is evening and my tooth feels much better. They were gentle and did not hurt me. Love this place.
