My experience at Grins and Giggles was horrible. I have dental anxiety and I recognize that this taints my perception of dental work but I still know the difference between a provider who cares about their patients and one who does not. From start to finish my experience was awesome! I called and got in really quickly and the front desk ladies were so nice and helpful. I was lucky to have Ryan as my assistant and my experience was so awesome because of them. I feel that the people here with Dr. Kabbani are genuinely kind and the doc himself is very professional and good at what he does. My son with severe autism and sensory processing disorder requires sedated dentistry. Long story short- nice desk staff, but it felt extremely sketchy. Anesthetist was creepy- I should have gone with my gut and left with my son before the process started. But we stayed because we’d driven 90 miles- and I will never forgive myself. Post procedure, my son’s mouth and throat were so sore from the cleaning, fillings and intubation he refused to eat for over a week.
