Though Grinnell is an A rated company, they are very draconian when it comes to collecting their money. They finally sent me a final invoice for 2022 after year end commercial audit on May 9th. Final payment was sent on May 24th, but they had already sent it to a collection agency. The check to Grinnell cleared in early June yet I kept receiving repeated calls from the collection agency. I had just gotten a policy through Grinnell in January of this year. On Friday, April 28th I had a car accident where my car was totaled. This happened after hours, mind you. By Monday morning I woke up to text messages about evaluating the damage, etc. They had a check cut ajd mailed to my finance company by TUESDAY! This is an amazing insurance company and I would and have referred family and friends to use them!
