The man that helped me with my sleep study was very kind and made me feel comfortable when I went here. I attended with my mother because I was at the time a minor. The actual doctor, Gringas, was okay. I saw her once and that was it, due to her main office being in Charlotte. What I found absolutely frustrating was that they withheld writing a note for me when I went off to college so that I would have medical accommodations for housing. I’d literally give no stars if I could. Not only was the place not warming or inviting when we did the sleep study, there were stains all over the pillows on the bed we stayed in. The technician was far from welcoming, he basically rushed to put all wiring on, did not clean off the paste out of my daughters hair after the test was done. The doctor was very sweet and attentive! The staff is absolutely terrible!! My 2 year old son has been a patient for over 6 months, and it is scary enough when your children has health problems. Then you have to deal with less than concerned staff that will not return a phone call or even relay a message. After extensive blood work and multiple calls and emails I never received and answer! THREE WEEKS pass by and after losing my patience and leaving an unfriendly message, his results were simply forwarded to my email!!!!! No... read more
