Scheduled a routine wellness appointment for one of my children. We spent maybe 15 minutes total with all of the providers combined, but didn’t leave until almost two hours after our scheduled appointment time. Since it was simply a checkup with no significant concerns and the visit itself was fairly quick and routine, the amount of time spent waiting was incredibly frustrating. Nearly two hours for a basic wellness visit seemed excessive.
My wife and I have always been grateful for Dr. Griner and his entire team. However, over the past year, we have particularly enjoyed working with Joseph Souders, PA-C.
Friendly staff, no long waits, Dr. addressed all of my needs.
Amazing Drs and staff! Professional, passionate, kind and understanding. Wait times are not too long considering how busy they stay and the whole building is always clean.
