I have lived here for two years, rent is good, the staff are really nice, but I have had so many issues. I had my car broken into and vandalized here a few months ago ($1500 in damage), and my friend recently had his car stolen from the complex as well. They have absolutely no cameras, so I never felt safe. If anything happens, the complex won’t be any help (cameras at least could have possibly helped the police find who did it). DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I had maintenance problems after maintenance problems. First it was wifi which two weeks to get someone to fix, not maintenance but car also got broken into third week after move in, then i had to MOVE OUT of my apartment for TWO MONTHS because it flooded from THREE DIFFERENT REASONS, then my AC broke at the end of the school year which hasn’t been fixed for now a month, and bugs ALL THE TIME. The unit was not nearly as nice as the model and NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

There’s no parking every night that a bunch of cars try and find parking. Like handicap spots with no handicap placards, trying to extend the parking row. I find my car not there and they towed it. Did not give me a call, I do have a resident permit on my car and they decide to tow my car. They do not care. They do not have a record of those residents living here who has a resident tag for their car. What’s the point then? Now I’m $329 out of cash! Be prepared for there to be absolutely no parking spots available pretty much daily. Everyone parks on the fire lane or in made up spots, and nothing is ever done about it. They will also take up spots with maintenance carts or other random trucks for things like gutter repair/painting. Everything else is pretty much mediocre regarding maintenance, appliances, furniture, neighbors etc. Also only one dumpster on the whole property and no recycling.
