Lived here for almost 3 years and honestly it’s been a really good experience overall. Management is super nice and maintenance requests usually get done the same day or pretty quick. The apartments are really spacious compared to a lot of places in Columbia, quiet community, good ventilation, and the location is close to pretty much everything. Staff at the front office are always friendly too. Only small issue for me was being on the ground floor - sometimes bugs and a little noise from upstairs, but that’s kinda expected ... read more

Employees were always very kind and helpful! Maintenance got around pretty quickly on things as well. Would live here again
Ran by very helpful and sweet staff that are always willing to try their best to help you! I have no complaints about the property as well.
