I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance staff. I dropped two pieces of special jewelry down the drain in my bathroom sink, and the staff took so much care in getting them back for me. They even laid the items on a paper towel so I see them easily when I returned home. Thank you so much!
The Grindstone is a good place to live. Management is kind and maintenance is pretty responsive to issues. I will say the units are not to the same standards as the display unit, but overall I say it’s a good place to live for a good price. CA Keatyn is so helpful with any questions I have!
This place is claiming i signed a co-signer agreement which I never even heard of until the collection company provided me with the ledger proving i didnt sign it as the request to sign digitally was sent to a student email address, which ive never had nor have i even had the opportunity to have one They reported a $3100 collection in my name to the credit agencies which destroyed my credit anyway!
I stayed here my last semester of college after being at The Den and Brookside downtown. For anyone looking for a quieter spot close to downtown and not a hefty uber price back from the bar for their last couple semesters, this is definitely the place to go. The staff is nice and remembers you if you go in and talk with them.
