I purchased a new Ford F-150 from the dealership and found that the box cleats, which were supposed to be included with the Platinum edition, were not with the truck. I contacted the dealership and they acknowledged the mistake and told me they would order a set. After a few weeks, no communication from the dealership, so I called and they told me they were not in yet. Another week passed with no communication, so I called again. All the Grindstaffs are awesome people and will give you a great deal so ask for one of them but beware of the Ford service department they are not honest and will not help you even if they are at fault it's sad cause Mr Grindstaff is great and honest but service department makes them look bad

They are liars. They do not believe in customer service. I was ripped off twice. $2,700.00 for a torque converter. I could have purchased a new transmission for $1,100.00. Boycott Grindstaff. Worst experience ever.
