If Google allowed a 10 star rating, that's what I would give. Randy is a very personable, honest man with integrity who takes pride in his work. This is hard to find nowadays. If I experience any problems, Randy will be the first person I will call. He also works on AC and other plumping issues. I have seen pictures of bathrooms he has remodeled, and they look awesome.
Grinder pump went out after hours and he was here within 45 minutes. Turned out our grinder pump was shot and we needed a new one. We had our new grinder installed and working in less than 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
The guy claimed he couldn't remove the pump BUT still charged me the full price to service the grinder pump which was the PRIMARY reason for me having him to come to my home!!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!
They was very responsive and respectful. They was able to access our problem right away. I would definitely recommend this company.
They installed a grinder pump that never worked properly. Now we have to replace it one year later. Do not use them.
