Started about a year ago After the injury in therapy. Coach Chris made sure my routine & techniques were compatible with my physical abilities. Over time I have been strengthened Mentally and physically.. Love the camaraderie. Love the workout challenge. Although some of the routines are tough, you are motivated to push through. There are all levels and ages that attend.
Absolutely love this place! Full of authentic & genuine people.. with the same mindset, BE BETTER..
