Bec's Tuesday 5:30 pm is exactly what every corporate employee needs to come home relaxed and unwind! I have to admit it wasn't easy to make it to the class after a stressful day but Bec's music track, and her style of coaching will ease any tension and I felt amazing. Bec has a unique guiding style, she is there to be your coach but not to yell at you rather smooth guidance where you listen to your inner hero and bring out your best. Grind House is a great facility as well!
Everyone is totally welcoming and helpful which was nice coming in as a new rider. Also, the 45 min classes actually have us in and out in 45 minutes, making them easy to schedule.
This place is great! It’s nice to go back to the basics with basic or little choreo and focusing on the weight beneath your feet, grinding to the rhythm of the beats. The studio is new, clean and everything works perfectly. The music was loud but not ear bursting, the instructor was really lovely. If you’re in SD and want to grind, go here!
This is my favorite studio I have been to in north county! The space is trendy, clean, and open with great air flow. The music has the perfect effect. Instructors are motivating and challenging. And I like that classes are not a dance class but an actual spin class that gives you a tough workout! Check them out!
