Tried a spin class with instructor Josh and had a great time. Fun playlist, friendly instructor, good workout!
Took a spin class with Josh and I was exhausted after 45 minutes. Josh was awesome, the bikes were new and well maintained, the music was fantastic, definitely recommend visiting.
Just went to a spin class by Josh Grider and had the most intense, fun, upbeat, welcoming, and sweat-inducing workout that I’ve experienced in a while. My Fiance & I will definitely be coming back and making this a weekly cardio tradition with Josh!
Great gym, AWFUL music. Nobody wants to listen to Jamaican dancehall played at 100 decibels. When every single person on the floor is wearing noise cancelling earplugs, and you can still hear the music through them, maybe just turn off the trash.
I think many of the ratings are based on the fact that there are such limited options in Williamsburg. I just moved to Williamsburg from Chelsea and formerly went to Crunch in Chelsea. Crunch is about half the price, and better in every respect. Grindhouse is $150 and it’s just a very very basic lifters gym with many flaws in my view.
