Not inclusive, never got the tour, was turned away and told to come back another time from a female. Upon return to the gym, it was closed, so I just stopped trying...
The absolute BEST gym! It's a community of people consistently pushing each other to be the best they can be. The coaches are knowledgeable and want to see their members succeed. I've learned so much from each of them about strength training with a barbell, dumbbells, etc. Coming from someone who's never done these types of workouts and was VERY intimidated by it, GCF was the perfect fit! They helped me overcome my fear and achieve my goals!
