Lloyd scammed me out of 4k TOTAL I SEE IM NOT THE FIRST SECOND OR THIRD HES DONE THIS TO. Gave him my car JULY 2025 it’s April 2026 I DONT EVEN HAVE A PICTURE OF THE CAR. POPPED UP ON HIM A WEEK AGO THE CAR IS IN SAME CONDITION AS JULY 2025. TOOK THE 4k AND DISAPPEARED HAVEN'T TALKED TO HIM SINCE DECEMBER. Do not DO IT
Floyd was the mechanic working on my truck. He was suppose to replace the back corner panel, do suspensions and wheel alignment. Total $6500. He took all 3 insurance checks, CASHED THEM and left state. He left it with another mechanic saying he was going to pay and was suppose to pay for my rental. HE DIDNT DO OR PAY ANYTHING! Now I have no truck (sitting in mechanic yard taking apart) I lost my job and children can’t get to school. Smdh
Mr. Long was amazing from start to finish. He walked me through every step of the process from getting an adjuster to come out, all the way through the repair and the pick up. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and finished well before the insurance promised date. If I ever need more work done, or if I have friends that need work done, I will happily refer them to The Grind.
