Tim and Jay from Grind and Seal did an incredible job on our garage and basement floors. Our house is over 50 years old, and the concrete was in rough shape, but they completely transformed it - the finish looks modern, clean, and tough. Toni was great to deal with on the phone - friendly, organised, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. The whole process was professional and easy. I love my new floor! Went with a genuine mechanical polish for my new garage concrete floor and can absolutely recommend Tim. He is a true professional and his level of care is to be admired. He talked through the stages of polishing, including getting the floor hard enough to polish, which had to be done multiple times, no thanks to the concrete company delivering 25mpa strength instead of 32!
