We’ve been twice now for our kids’ appointments and both times we have had to wait an insane amount of time to see the dentist. The dentist and staff are nice and professional; however, the wait times are unacceptable with small kids. We’ll be finding a new dentist office that hopefully doesn’t take almost two hours for more simple visits. They seem to be overbooking patients to get more in at a time but then you are left waiting for 45 minutes or more just to see the dentist. This dental office is amazing. They catered to my daughter and made sure to ease her fears. They treated her like a person and spoke to her like a person... explaining what they are doing in a caring and friendly tone of voice. Other offices I have taken her to would be silent and not interact making it feel awkward. But this office. They were completely professionals and made it about making my daughter feel cared for.
1st time and they were fantastic.
Great at working with kids!
Friendly and productive! My whole family has had their teeth cleaned and so far no complaints. They make the children feel very comfortable.
