Excellent experience with Grimshaw Tree Service. The manager met me for an estimate, which was thorough and reasonably priced. We just moved into our house and opted for pruning all the dead branches around the yard to improve safety and aesthetics. Leif gave advice what we’ll need long term but didn’t try to oversell services. Scheduling with the office was simple. A little past midnight 12/30/2025, I heard what I thought was an explosion! The noise was from a large tree limb that fell on my house, after calling police, who called the fire department, who called a building inspector, I was cleared to stay in my house! The next morning I called Grimshaw Tree Service and told me they could be there early afternoon that day! The crew arrived and gave an assessment and went to work, I did hear a comment we’ll have to get creative! Before I knew it small branches were being trimmed, ropes a... read more

1/26:Grimshaw did superb work today. The team took out a dying oak with remarkable skill and did important maintenance work on six other trees. This including climbing high into the trees (probably 40 feet or more) to cut out dead limbs. They also had excellent equipment with which to facilitate work. And they cleaned up much more than their own debris; cleaned nearly the whole driveway, above and beyond anything expected. Why would you want anyone else to handle critical tree work?
